Ben practises commercial litigation and public law. He joined Olthuis van Ert after practising at two large national firms and completing a clerkship at the British Columbia Supreme Court. Ben attended the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, where he won prizes for oral and written advocacy, contract law, securities regulation, and overall academic achievement.
