Charlotte joined Olthuis van Ert after clerking for six Justices of the Supreme Court of British Columbia. She is developing a broad practice in civil litigation and public law. She obtained her Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Studies and Environmental Studies from Queen’s University. During law school, Charlotte worked as a student clinician at the UBC Innocence Project and volunteered for the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program. Charlotte was selected to represent her law school in the Gale Cup Moot.
