Many of Danny’s clients are involved in contract or business disputes. These include shareholder oppression, director liability, and corporate governance matters. He has advised public, private, charitable and trust entities, as well as individual directors and officers.
Danny frequently acts for regulators and regulated persons. He has considerable experience before provincial securities commissions and the B.C. Financial Services Tribunal. He has also advised clients before agricultural marketing boards, environmental regulators, and professional regulators.
Danny’s experience includes Aboriginal, class action, competition, construction, fraud, insolvency, intellectual property, pension, product liability, real estate, and securities litigation.
