Niles has a general practice in commercial and public law. Before joining Olthuis van Ert, Niles articled and practiced in the Vancouver office of an international firm, where he worked on disputes related to environmental law, Aboriginal law and public utility regulation. Niles clerked for Justices Dickson and Griffin of the Court of Appeal for British Columbia.
